best audio system? 5.1 or 2.0

I wanna get a new audio system for my gaming rig and I stopped on these two. One its 5.1 system by Genius and the other its a 2.0 system by Skytek.

Now the thing is that one has 600w/123dB and the other has 200w/80-90dB. Im confused and Im asking you guys. Thanks for support and suggestions!

5.1 gives virtual sound which is better
600 w dosent really matter unless you are playing ultra loud music in a football stadium
