Best B350 motherboard?

I'm looking to build a Ryzen 5 1600 PC and can't really decide on the mobo I should go with.Which of these would be better:Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 or the MSI B350 Tomahawk.The main features I'm looking for are memory support(since Ryzen really benefits from higher clocked RAM),sound chipset quality(I know it's only onboard sound but I'd like it to be as good as it can get in the B350 area)(the Realtek 1220 on the Gigabyte looks to be better,but the software that's paired with the Tomahawk's Realtek 887 seems nice) and Ryzen 5 support at the moment(I know there will be BIOS updates after the R5s launch,but I`m looking to place the order possibly tomorrow or launch day,and as of the time I`m writing this,I`ve looked on both producers`s sites and there doesen`t seem to be any BIOS updates mentioning Ryzen 5 support).Do you have any better alternatives?

The one tip I can drop would be, if you want to overclock, look into Asus and Asrock options...
They pretty much nailed the overclocking scene and they are pretty reliable.
IF you just look for a mild overclock, just go for the mobo with best price / features

for myself i will also upgrade and go with the tomahawk for fan connectivity and others specs over all the others that are limited to 3 fans connector .
