[SOLVED] Best b450 motherboard for 2400g

Solution
Personally, I would only get a budget B450 board for the 2400g. While the VRM heat sink and 3 phases are important, once you spend past a certain point it would be cheaper to pair a 2200g with a discrete GPU that will easily out perform the 2400g in gaming. If you do that, the phases and VRM heatsink dont matter as much.

Not gonna repeat kanewolf's post content as it is certainly spot-on. But if I had one thing to look for in a board to hold a 2400g processor it is an SOC VRM with a heatsink and at least 3 proper phases. That, of course, assumes I plan on using the iGPU and possess a penchant for overclocking to boot.

Solution
One other consideration, that I didn't think of is the type of video output ports a board has. Since you are using the integrated GPU you need to find a board that is easy to connect to any existing monitors. So if you NEED DVI then that is a must have criteria.
