Best Backup utility

Which is a good backup utility to use? Especially for disk image cloning. All these mentioned are currently taking +-3 hours to clone the 500gb drive and doing a recovery takes nearly 5 hours.
i've used Acronis, Norton Ghost , DriveImage Xml, Macrium Reflect.

Actually I would recomend you to use iSCSI for backup. I think you have some network, and iSCSI will perfectly utilize it. Try some free solutions - Openfiler or StarWind Trial for this.
