Question Best bang for buck 27" 1440p 144Hz

Fairly explanatory title, however I have the following on my mind and I am not sure which one is best. I don't want to pay for luxuries since I am going to upgrade to 4k as soon as 4k 144Hz is possible without selling my kidney but I still want something decent.
-MAG271CQR/MPG27CQ no idea which one is better
-Aorus AD27QD

Edit: Actually. I would also appreciate it if you also compare these with the Acer XV273k which is the most affordable 4k 120Hz at the moment.

I bought Dell S2719DGF, it's a very good monitor for awesome price (cca 380€ where I live). 27", 1440p, 144Hz (155Hz OC via display port), supports Free-sync (works on G-sync).
Would recommend it!
