[SOLVED] Best Bang for Buck cooler

I need a cooler for my i7-7700k which I'm giving to someone who will do no overclocking. What the best cooler I can get for under $60? There seem to be a lot of good options but I can't really narrow it down.

DeepCool Gammaxx 400 (Honestly one hell of the cooler for what is worth. Cheaper, and similar or better than the hyper 212 on many reviews).
DeepCool Gammaxx GTE (pretty similar to Gammaxx 400 but with RGB fan).
Arctic Freezer 34 Esport (great performance for the price).
Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo (simialr to the other one but with 2 fans instead of one).
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. The Hyper 212 Evo is still a good cooler but there are lots of better or similar options now.
