Okay I already have a lanboy air case Ill be upgrading it later but not quite yet but need to get a new cpu and motherboard and maybe either ssd or new video card.

Current Rig:
INTEL I5 2500K PROCESSOR with an Antec Khuler h60 liquid cooler
16gb Ram- 4gbx4 STICKS OF G-Skill DDR3-1600 PCS 12800 RAM 9-9-9-24 16gb total
Asus Geforce 560ti video card
2 1tb Western Digital Cavier 5400rpm sata 3.0 hard drives
LanBoy Air Case
OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular High Performance Power Supply

I have at most like 650$ to spend on a new processor and mobo and dont have to have a better video card as the one I have works fine still at this point so this is what i was mulling around any suggestions on a better set-up staying within that price point...???

ASRock Z77 Fatal1ty Professional LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s (194.99)
Intel i5-3570k CPU
SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive

Or would this mobo be a better buy:
ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s Mobo (149.99)

Its not worth while to upgrade from a 2500k to a 3570k really, no real performance gains esp if both are OC
I would just grab an SSD upgrade for now and upgrade when Haswell comes out in June

For just a motherboard I would just get a Gigabyte z77x d3h if you really need a new board
