Best bang for buck

hey guys, I gotta a buddy ready for upgrade all he does is email, some web browsing and burn dvds. Im looking for recomendations for a mobo,processor and mem. His price range is between $200 to $250.But id like to throw a ssd in there cause hes always complaining about load times so any help would be appreciated.

If thats all he does, I'd go with a Llano.

And yes, I'd get the expensive one and call it a day. No video card needed, onboard graphics is stronger than i3s onboard, and its 4 true cores.
