Question Best bang for bucks gaming laptop 2023 ?

Hi guys
My Lenovo 5 broke the other day. 4 days after warranty. Gpu burned and replacement costs a lot so I've decided to buy a new gaming laptop.

Tom's hardware comunity is always my way to go when picking a new pc.

What is the best bang for bucks gaming laptop ?
My budget is around 2000$ or EUR.
Since lenovo GPU cooling failed me after 2 Years I don't want lenovo again.

Hey there Jan,

Well for that kind of money you can expect something decent. In terms of specs you should be looking at an I7 12700h/Ryzen 7 6800 for the CPU and really a 3070ti for the GPU.

Im goin with ASUS TUF Gaming A17

I did not specify, that Im looking for 17 inch and those are a bit pricier than 15 inch ones.

So just little under 2000 I've got Ryzen 7 6800, GTX 3070 140W and 16Gig RAM but its DDR5 which I consider better for gaming than 32 DDR4

Ah, good choice. It's a nice machine. Good luck and happy gaming - The 140w 3070 is a strong laptop GPU. SHould bring very nice FPS.

Thats the thing I dont see any trophy icon there should be one, but there is not. Ive searched the whole forum and everyone says the same thing press the trophy icon.
Either Im blind or a moroon I cannot find one
There shall be upvote downvote and icon but nothing.
