I’m looking for a good mobo cpu memory combo for the money I’m in the U.S Cali I will only game at 1440144hz/4K60hz it will go in:
Corsair 460x Case with 6 fans
Corsair AX860 PSU
Corsair H100iv2
x2 Samsung 850Evo 500GB
RTX 2080

If you're mainly at 4K/60Hz there's no real need to go Intel, your system will be GPU restricted regardless of the CPU/RAM installed at that resolution.

No need for an aftermarket cooler unless you want to add one, the Wraith...
You will not see any difference in gaming performance at 4k with a RTX2080 between a i9 9900K and an AMD R5 2600. You are GPU limited at that resolution and no amount of CPU overclock is going to fix that. Therefore the AMD 2700X with a X470 motherboard and 16GB DDR4-3000MHz RAM is the best bang for your buck. Even at 1440p the difference will be about 5% or almost unnoticeable.

No need for an aftermarket cooler unless you want to add one, the Wraith Prism included is more than good enough.
Decent B450 mobo, you can opt for a X470 if you find it has a feature or features you want or need.
Pricy as it is the RAM is on the QVL list.
