Best battery replacement for Dell Latitude E5520

Hello, people.

I'm currently using a Dell Latitude E5520 and I'm very satisfied with this system, especially since it still performs very well today with a 1TB SSD.
However, the weakest point of this laptop is definitely the battery; it doesn't last beyond an hour. This is why I ask here:
Can you guys please recommend me the best replacement battery for this model, one I'd be able to use without having to order replacements every 3 years?
I'd prefer it if the battery can be expected to last ~3 hours; if you got anything, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Any original OEM battery will be expensive, but you wanted one that is the best one that had a good chance to last a while.

One thing about older batteries, even if new, if they sit for a long time they can fail. I had to toss a bunch of new 3-4 yr old batteries that were never opened because they were dead out of the box.
