Hey there everyone... just wanted to see if i could get some help with good CPU Fan speed & temp settings in the bios? i have 4 things i can move around on it i was playing warhammer darktide and overheated at one point but my cpu fan speeds were set where my pc needed to reach like 90+ celsius for high fan usage but my CPU can only go up to 95C before it's in danger zone lol... I can easily play like League of legends and other things just fine but would really appreciate any tips on Fan speeds & the temps it should be used at for my PC... Ill post my specs below if it helps any. when im just sitting on my desktop with discord + web browser open i usually sit around 40 - 50 it randomly goes up & down and when loading up games it will spike up to like 80 then steady out once it's loaded? but per say some games ill throttle around like 67-70 ish?

You failed to show which cooler. That CPU should not throttle under 95c so if it is indeed throttling it must be going over.
It's quite normal for temperature to spike/raise while loading a game or any program 67-70 ish should not be a problem.
Air CPU coolers depend much on case airflow so that has to be taken into account.
Easiest way to regulate fan Rpm is in BIOS to set a speed curve between minimum rpm at idle straight up to maximum (100%) rpm at about 80c.
