Hi, all

What is the best and most stable BIOS upgrade for a P2B Asus board? My
plans are to overclock it to a PIII using a slotkit.

Any and all replies would certainly be appreciated.

The final release from Asus is the best BIOS choice:

ftp://ftp.asuscom.de/pub/ASUSCOM/BIOS/Slot_I/INTEL_Chipset/i440BX/P2B/with_Hardwaremonitor/1014__03.zip

Processor upgrade FAQ is here:

as noted above, this guy covers it all.

Your only real considerations are money: a used coppermine on ebay,
or a tualatin with adapter card.
