Question Best BIOS Settings for NVMe M.2 SSD?

Just installed my first NVMe M.2 and I'm asking for opinions on the best BIOS settings to maximize performance.

Specs:
Intel Core I7 9700K
Mobo: ASUS Maximus XI HERO Wifi
GPU: MSI Gaming Trio 2080Ti
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB 3600MHz.
The new M.2 is a SAMSUNG 970 EVO plus 1tb
Any advice would be appreciated.

I didn't need to make any changes.

One of the tutorials I saw suggested changing the PCIEX16_3 setting from X2 to X4, (Although this disables SATA's 5&6), not thrilled about that.
Also, there's a "HYPER M.2X16" option which is currently disabled.
As you can see, I'm a bit lacking in the deeper technical aspects of memory.
