I was thinking in getting a solid stat drive as a boot drive maybe 120GB for windows only and using a second drive for programs. How is the Patriot Pyro 2.5" Solid State Drive?
Looking for fast boot times and lower the noise.
Second hard drive will prob be a WD 3gb green

You don't need a 120GB drive for only windows. Win 7 with patches takes around 23GB (plus your page file). That leaves you roughly 80GB for the programs you need to launch fast. Like is said above, if you get a cheap drive make good system backups (which everyone should do anyway...).

Bundle, NO!

Remember, you get what you pay for.

My SSD list goes: Intel 520, OCZ Vertex 3, Samsung 830, OCZ Agility 3, Corsair, Mushkin, and whatever.

Like thay said, for a boot only drive, 60GB will do. But SSD scale as the size goes up. 240Gb is better than 120GB which is better then 60GB which is better than ANY hard drive.
