best budget 1080p gpu ?

Hi what will be the best budget gpu to get to play games high to ultra at 1920x1080 ? Nvidia or amd doesn't matter at the moment in using i5 h4600 graphics thanks

If you insist on Ultra/near ultra with today's A games, you will probably not be able to do it with a "budget" card. Maybe the GTX 970 or R9-280X will do the job.
