Best Budget 144hz Monitor in Australia?

Looking for a 144hz monitor in Australia with a budget of up to $400 possibly. Just wondering if there any deals or if you have a monitor that is worth recommending. It would be ideal to be around 27 inches but can be a bit smaller.
