Best budget air or liquid cooler.

So i was gonna go with the cryoig h5 for my 6700k on a my asrock board wjth a max of 300v input or something but i was wondering, is it worth it to get a cheap corsair liquid cooler like the h55 or h60. I dont reallybwant to go avove 55 bucks. But are these even wlrth it if the mobo has a max of 300v input. And would they be good for someone with a first time build or would just doing the cryoig h5 be better

Those cheap 120mm/140mm AIOs (Cosair h55 and H60 for example) aren't worth it. They are slaughtered in performance and noise by HSF (air coolers) in the same price range. The Cryorig H5 is alright, though you can get better in the price range, for example the Scythe Mugen 5 and ThermalRight Macho Direct.
