Best budget build?

Hey community,
I am 14 yrs old and I wanna build a pc . A budget pc for 600$ ,or less than 600$.
The thing is that I want a pc which would be able to run games in medium to high preset for 3-4 yrs without any part upgrade (except ram)
So can anyone please help me out with parts?( I prefer EVGA for graphics card).
