Hello again everybody.

I need a better CPU cooler because mine is the stock one and it isn't going good. My budget is +-$15 and i can't go higher, so which one of the coolers down bellow is better ? Also will a 400W PSU hold on with all these stuff. I don't really understand what 130W stand for in the description of these coolers.

Hyper T4 is the one that I recommend the most. The 130w is the TDP (Thermal Design Power) rating of the cooler. For example an i7-7700k has a TDP of 91w, meaning that the cooler that you put on it must be rated for at least 91w. The hyper 212 is a little over budget, but honestly I'd go with this one or stick with your stock one. $15 for a decent aftermarket cooler is difficult.

Being rude does nothing to get get more help.

But I have to stay on topic so https://www.neweggbusiness.com/product/product.aspx?item=9b-35-856-049

That avatar suggests you like anime and gaming so are you using MSI Afterburner while you game to see your CPU and GPU temps?

Ambient temps. and your case and its configuration will impact your CPU cooler's ability to cool.

I'm Actually using HW Monitor and ye am into gaming, but the link you gave me opens just the front page of newegg xD

Have you tried it again? I tested it after I posted my answer and it did exactly that. I immediately fixed the link. Should be fine now.

Coincidentally enough I chose option #2 from your choices. I didn't click those until I had found an appropriately equipped and priced cooler.

MSI Afterburner allows me to see all my info I want to see in real time. I don't want to know my CPU was 85C after I get done gaming for a couple hours.

I have HwMonitor as well but that can't follow me into the gaming room. It still records the temps. but when testing I prefer to see my info as I'm gaming. Although logs do help.
