best budget cpu for rx580

i am currently looking a budget cpu for rx580 and am looking at ryzen 5 1600. is there any cheaper alternative to r5 1600 that will not bottleneck rx 580 for gaming and not sacrificing web browsing and stuff. not a must to game at ultra and playing at 1080p 75 hz.

currently have look through Pentium G4560, ryzen 3 1200 and r5 1400.
any suggestion?

*just want to game at at least 60fps(med setting) at 1080p
and smooth web browsing.
no video editing and streaming

is there a cheaper alternative? is r5 1400 bottlenecking rx 580? and is it enough for cpu intensive game like gta v?

i saw that i5 8400 is just a few dollar more than ryzen 5 1400 and is better than 1600. but only z370 is available for 8400 now. is the H370 coming out?

i5 8400 if you can find one for sure buy it , I'm on back order with mine.

but for now, z370 moobo is an overkill for i5 8400 as it is locked. will the h series mobo be released?
