[SOLVED] Best budget cpu

I curently have i3 3210
And im looking for some budget cpu whitch will not bottleneck r9 280x.
I hope to find some around 30$+
And is i5 2500 a good choice for 30$

Edit: i forgot to mention that my motherboard is lga 1155 :-(

i5 is way better, especially for $30.

If your motherboard supports overclocking (you did not mention which model exactly it is) you can also get 2500K and OC it, that would provide even more performance.

I can found i5 2500 for 35$
But i5 2500k is 60$

for that budget the best thing i could suggest you do would be to keep an eye out on ebay for one of the higher end CPUs of that gen

At this price point i wouldnt say the k version is worth double your budget

Agreed, but only if your motherboard is capable of OC-ing it and you have a good cooler for this. Otherwise, not worth the difference.

I would suggest you i5-3570, I am still rocking with this CPU on 2K resolution 60+FPS with my GTX1080.
It won't bottleneck anything under or at GTX970 performance.

The socket is LGA 1155.
