[SOLVED] Best budget FHD 144hz 1ms Gsync or FreeSync 24" Gaming Monitor

I need a best budget gaming monitor with following features:

- FHD
- 24 Inch
- 144Hz
- 1ms
- Gsync or FreeSync

Budget: Around 300$ to 350$

My currenct Pc specs are:

Intel Core i7 8700K
Gigabyte Aorus Z370 Gaming 3 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz
MSI GTX 1070 Twin Frozen GPU

And now I need to buy a best budget gaming monitor of the above features.
Help will be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm looking for this as well. I have personally made some diggings and these are the best options so far, in no particular order (all of them fulfill your requirements):

HP Omen 25 (some redditors claim the monitor flickers in between 120 and 144 hz, possibly because they weren't using DP)
AOC 2590FX (probably the best option, since you have a 1070. This one's been officially certified by nvidia to be gsync compatible)
Viewsonic XG2401
Viewsonic VX2458 (basically identical to the other viewsonic, but no adjustable height and no "gaming look")
MSI Optix G24C
MSI Optix MAG241C (you can get both 1ms response time and freesync at the same time though)
Iiyama G Master GB2560HSU (my perosnal favorite so far, if I can verify it supports gsync...
