Best Budget Gaming PC

I am looking to build a new pc and am stuck between a few different set ups so I would like some advice from someone with more knowledge then me.

Amd phenom ii x4 965 black edition (3.4 quad core)
Asus m5a78l-m lx3
Sapphire HD 7770 OC
8gb ddr3

2: £220
Amd phenom ii x6 1045t (2.7 six core)
Asus m5a78l-m lx3
Sapphire HD 7770 OC
8gb ddr3

3: £210
Amd fx 6100 (3.3 six core)
Asus m5a78l-m lx3
Sapphire HD 7770 OC
8gb ddr3

I would like to know which one would be the best and which one would be the best value for money overall.

3 but rather than the 6100 get the fx 6300

The fx 6300 is a bit outside my price range but the fx 4300 caught my eye and is in budget

look at the benchmarks on anandtech with the ones you have selected and see which one you like best.
