Best Budget GoPro 'esq

I want to incorporate a GoPro into a backpack strap but am looking at alternatives too. I don't want to wear a helmet or chest strap. I consider a body cam like police officers use but know very little about them. Is there a GoPro model under $200 that is comparable to whats out now? I docent care so much for 4k 5k just need good pic and audio.

Have you looked at the GoPro HERO Session? It retails on the GoPro site for $149.00.

i never heard of this one. i was looking and they were all $350+. this is a great solution, ty.
