Best budget GPU for HP Elite 8300 SFF?

Hey guys, so I'm looking for a decent under $100 if possible graphics card for my SFF HP Elite 8300: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883283343&ignorebbr=1

Do you guys have any recommendations? The PSU is only 240 watts from what I understand and obviously it would have to be a low profile card. I guess there are particular nuances about desktop so I'm not sure which would be a good choice?

I think a GT 1030 is perfect for a computer like that. It's physically small and uses very little power. It's able to handle esports games, and maybe more demanding games at 720p.

I heard that the 1050 is good as well as the GT 720. All of these GPUs say they recommend a 300w PSU, of course mine is only 240W so I'm just wondering how long it'll last before the PSU fries, and then is it a simple and cheap fix to replace the PSU once it does fry?

Got it.. sadly it looks like my monitor is VGA only so I don't think I will be able to use this card? Cause I dont think I can utilize a VGA to HDMI adapter for a GPU to monitor right?
