Depends what quality you want to play at. If you're just looking for something to run the games you listed at your average Medium settings at 1080p 60 FPS, something like a cheap GTX 750 Ti would handle that fine. But if you're interested in playing at higher FPS, graphical settings or intend on playing games slightly harder than the ones listed, something like a GTX 1050 Ti / RX 470/570 would be as high as i would recommend. They'll max out the games you listed at 1080p 60 FPS no problem and shouldn't be bottlenecked by your older CPU. Just make sure your Power Supply can handle these cards as you didn't list one, most of the ones i mentioned can be found without any additional GPU power headers but if this is an older PC you may want...
