Question Best Budget Graphic Card that can display 2560 x 1080 Full HD Resolution for a Mac Pro Mid2012 (not Gamer)

Hi,
I am looking for a good budget Graphic Card that can display correctly 2560 x 1080 Full HD Resolution for a Sceptre C305b-200UN Monitor on a Mac Pro Mid2012 Running High Sierra.
If the card is Metal-Mojave Compatible cool.

This Mac pro is currently using the ATI HD 5770


I do not find the resolution size in the display setting and the Circles look a bit stretched.
Also the monitor look somehow too bright.

I am not a gamer so I just need a clean and good video card for a DAW (digital Audio Workstation) in my case Protools

The basic specs of the Sceptre are:

• 2560 x 1080 Full HD Resolution
• Up to 200Hz Refresh Rate
• AMD FreeSyncTM Compatible
• 1 x DisplayPort, 3 x HDMI

That sounds like the old pixel clock issue butr I've no idea how to fix that on a Mac. Someone had written a patch for windows systems.

Which OS are you running?
