Best budget graphics card for this?

I am going to go out on a limb and assume this is one of the cheap psu which is meant to handle what is pre built and nothing much. Not knowing the brand or the 12v draw I would recommend getting a 750ti as well, which would run you about ~ 100 bucks. Here is an example:

I'm planning on upgrading my PSU to 550 watts, replacing my stock fans, and changing my video card this january on my b-day. Do I need to replace something else? I'm pretty sure my CPU is okay(Phenom II X4 945). not worrying too much about my mobo though.
