Best Budget intel system @60FPS

Hey guys so I want to go over to intel and want to spend as little as possible, I play games like RUST, CSGO and GTA V but rust is the main one. My old system was an AMD FX 6300 with 8GB DDR3 and a GTX 1060 which I no long have any of.

Now I only have a 750ti and want to be able to run RUST, GTAV and CSGO at decent frame rates while spending as little as possible but while getting decent performance.
I would like something that has no problems loading or anything when paired with something like an SSD.

Can anyone help?

well the budget is cheap as possible, I Have a 750ti so I need something that will run that with no bottle necks for the GPU. say £100-£150 ish for CPU and motherboard or so, i'm not bothered about used tech at the moment as this is a temp build so I have play games over the summer which I have for a decent system.

You know anything that pairs well with a 750ti ?
