Best Budget LGA1150 socket CPU for gaming/streaming

So recently my i5-4670k is starting to show its age as I try to stream games while playing. I'm still able to do it, but I have to sacrifice a bit of in game performance that I could normally handle while not streaming. I don't quite have the money to go for a 4790k, but I was thinking about going with the less expensive Xeon E3-1245 V3. Any other options for about the price of $250 that anybody could reccomend?

Sorry, I did forget to mention, but it is USD, and where are you seeing a 4790k for under $250? I'm only seeing prices over $300

sorry my bad...i overlooked it as 4690k...i meant both 4670k and 4690k are below 250usd...
4790k is not a i5 so it cannot be in that range...my bad though for overlooking...

but thats still a solid 4th gen haswell with still a couple of yrs lifespan left in it, if u have used it sparingly...dont see why u need a cpu upgrade...thats still an unlocked cpu...have u considered OCing it???

but if u want a lga1150 chip below 250usd, why dont u go for the above i5s???
xeons' are more like workstation/server cpus with more multicore performance while games need more single core performance...xeons gaming performance has always been a subject of debate...u can find more here...

I already have an i5-4670k that's currently at 4.2GHz, but having just 4 cores isn't good enough for live streaming/gaming at the same time. I would go for a E5-2670, but finding a decent priced mobo is kinda difficult.

ohh...be sure to check second products thoroughly on ebay...not very dependable at times...

most of the xeon chips requires pretty expensive motherboards, as they come with ecc rams and dual server lans and wat not...

as an alternative, u shd luk at the amd chips...some of them have octacores with multi threading at almost half price or less...
