I would like to know if is any cheaper MOBO with similar specs as this one: Biostar A68N-2100 incl. AMD E1-2100.

Those board are higher price than the sample i gave. This Biostar lowest price i found is 47,03 US$. I dont need very powerfull mini-itx just cheapest options.

On newegg that board -- https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA93A84N6557 was $122. Which is not unlike the link I posted at $119. There is no way I could know you found it at $43. Maybe you found it cheap (or I found it expensive) is because it is a old model and either the price is high because it is scarce or the price is low to dump stock and get rid of it.
