Best budget modem

I was using a netgear modem which worked great for me but recently I was unable to watch online videos(YouTube, or some other site) at good quality(previously I used to watch at 1080p but now only 240p) I tried speedtest.net and it shows I have 10mbps download and 5mbps upload speed but still I was unable to watch videos at good quality.
So I decided to change my modem, am searching for a modem with which I can watch video,download large files,play online game. We have around 6-7 devices which will be connected to Wi-Fi, and my budget is around rs.6000 or around $80.

As I don't have much knowledge about modem or router and stuff like that, it will be a great help if you guys can help me out. Thanks

Are you talking about a modem or a router, or a combo? Did you already contact your ISP for this issue? Is the slowness on every system?

probably a combo, i talked to ISP and they said that the problem isn't from there side. The problem persist in every device(mobile,pc,laptop), what will be your suggestion?

First reboot the device if you have not. Check for any firmware updates. Maybe do a full reset on it. You need to find out exactly what you have before looking into switching or where the issue may be. Test things on a cable and see if things work fine there.
