Best Budget Motherboard for FX-6300

I'm new in building PCs and i need help with choosing the right motherboard for an AMD FX-6300 CPU.
I've done a little research and i found these 3 Motherboards that fit my budget:
ASUS M5A97 R2.0 4+2 phase
ASUS M5A97 PRO 6+2 phase
GA-970A-UD3P 8+2 phase
I don't know which to buy because each one has different power phase...

M5A97 R2.0 and GA-970A-UD3P are at the same price but Asus has more features IMO
and M5A97 PRO costs 15$ more in my country.
So which one worth the most? I heard that more power phases means more stability ? Is this true ?

ASRock 970M PRO3 Micro ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard is the best Budget motherboard, In the US it is about 60 dollars which is pretty cheap. It has max of 64GB of RAM, it has Crossfire support but no SLI. Those are adding 2 video cards if you don't know what I am talking about. As well as USB 3.0. With built in ethernet. But no wireless networking. Overall this is a great option.

Yes however this isn't in his budget so I would say the ASRock 970M PRO3 Micro ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard. Because it has a lot more features.

Well if you're going to upgrade in the future than the few bucks more for the 970 gaming is definitely worth it

True. However this isn't what he asked for it was something in his budget.

EDIT: Even if it is 10 dollars more. The AsRock board is better except for overclocking. So if you are overclocking buy the 970. But as far as we know he isn't overclocking.

Well actually i plan a light overclocking up to 4ghz with CM hyper 212 and as far as i know more power phases = better overclocking stability
And 970 gaming is 50$ more expensive than ASRock 970M PRO3 for example

Edit: Forgot to say that I am not planning future upgrade and I will not use SLI or CrossFire

There are 3 choice if you don't plan to SLI and slight overclock
1.Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
2.Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
3.M5A97 or EVO or PRO or the R2.0
And there is the Asrock Extreme 3 R2.0 it pretty good but not as good as the above but this mb is cheaper
