Best budget motherboard for LGA1155

I'm planning to buy an used lga1155 motherboard to use with my i5 3570k.

Somebody told me this is a good one (I can overclock my cpu with this):

The problem is that it's way out of my budget...
Is there a good motherboard with similar features? I can do without overclocking.
