Hi everyone. Ive got a question for all of you. Since I'm buying a PC with my own config I need you guys to tell me the cheapest motherboard that can run the following specs:
8GB Ram
FX 8350 8core 4ghz
Gtx 1050ti
1tb storage
Also if 20dollars makes the difference between a crap, 10 use motherboard and a decent motherboard, then don't fear to publish the more reliable one. Thanks guys

If RAM is cheaper then I'd go for a 2x4GB kit if possible. PCs will run faster with dual channel memory especially Ryzen.

I also recommend spending more an a quality power supply. You won't get one for 20 euro. It's the worst thing to cut costs on. Primary killer of gaming PCs is cheap PSU. Even if it means having to save up more.

I'd also consider spending to get an SSD as well if you don't have one.

i3 8100 is faster than i5 7400 but almost 10% slower than i5 7600 (which costs roughly €100 more). An i5 7600 would costs more to build though and the 7th generation Intel platform is already abandoned by Intel so all you could do with that motherboard is upgrade to a 7700k at best. But 7700k isn't a budget CPU. i3 8100 is the best...

My vote is for do not buy/build that PC. FX series is not a good processor in 2018 for gaming. Don't build a PC that is weak the day you buy it. Ryzen is just as affordable for budget builds and vastly superior. FX8350 is 25% slower than my Core i5 machine I built 6 years ago.

At least 40% faster, far more energy efficient, and newer chipset and faster RAM. It costs just as much to put together a vastly better newer system than FX unless you have no options in your region other than FX.

Awesome! also everyone is telling me to not get the rx 8350, are you with them? If so what are the problems with the rx8350

It's based on 6 year old tech and wasn't all that good even at many tasks when it was released. For gaming it it's outclassed by 7th Gen Pentiums(the 2 core 4 thread ones). If you are buying new parts there are much better options available like the quad core Ryzens.

awesome thanks! Yeah i plan the pc for gaming, i know the 1050 ti is the best budget gpu for high on 1080p (most games) But i was thinking of an i5-7400/7600 but i saw this rx and i though it was better

I do agree with the others. I assumed you had all the stuff you listed, other than the motherboard.

If you are going to purchase a whole new rig, go with Ryzen or a 7th/8th gen Intel CPU.

The FX 8350 doesn't perform as well as even older i5/i7 or Ryzen processors. Some sell it as a budget PC, but Ryzen is just as cheap and better. Just because it's higher rated doesn't mean it outperforms other processors. Anyone that builds gaming computers a lot will tell you FX has no place in a gaming PC in 2018. Here are some comparisions of FX to ideal current gaming processors that are budget.

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-FX-8350-vs-Intel-Core-i3-8100/1489vs3942 8350 vs i5 8100, entry level 8th gen Intel CPU

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-FX-8350-vs-AMD-Ryzen-3-1300X/1489vs3930 8350 vs Ryzen 3 1300x, decent cheap Ryzen CPU

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-FX-8350-vs-Intel-Core-i5-8600K/1489vs3941 8350 vs the ideal (more costly gaming CPU ATM, the i5 8600k)

The FX AM3+ motherboards aren't produced anymore and are known to have reliability issues especially when you overclock. I don't mean to trash your build but I'd hate to see someone put together a machine and have issues or regrets.

This core build is under €500, but you'd still need a case and power supply unless you recycle the one you have. You cannot build a good gaming PC for under €500 because graphics cards and RAM are so expensive right now. There are FX prebuilts for under €500, but FX isn't good.

For heads up the ram here is alot cheaper and the hard disk even more
The ram is 50euros and the HDD is 20 euros. Also we don't have taxes and shipping. So you could save up to 50 euros
Also the power and the shell are about 20euros max.
And maybe the CPU and GPU are cheaper for about idk 5euros
Also one more question. The i3 8100 is faster then the i5 and ryzen and if I'm wrong what's the "leaderboard" on those cpus. And what's the cheapest motherboard for that cpu . Sorry for being a bit too curios but I'm putting a lot of money into this and I don't wanna <<watch the language>> it up :l

The issue with Intel 8th generation is that the motherboards costs more. i3 8100 performs in games about as good as Ryzen 7 but as it has less cores and threads it's not as good for things like multitasking or streaming. Ryzen 7 costs way more though.

Based on your price range the 1300x is ideal. You could build a i3 8100 for more but it would only be like 5% better in gaming and you can't overclock the i3 8100.

Here's what I'd consider a good budget system for 2018 (without an SSD):

So i checked the prices and got the cheapest way i can get everything, with that config.
BUT only if the store can ship with amazon!

I think i did a pretty good job of turning the price down a little.

Heres the list.
