Hey everyone

I'm new to building a PC and i'm currently looking for a budget quality PSU that can support my components.

My build so far:
- Mobo: Asus 970 Pro Gaming/Aura
- CPU: AMD FX-8350
- GPU: Asus Geforce GTX 1060 Dual O3G
- RAM: 2 x DDR3 4GB Corsair Vengeance
- CPU Cooler: Scythe Mugen 4 (with 1 fan)
- SSD: Samsung 250GB 850 EVO
- HDD: 2 x Samsung 750GB 7200RPM
- CASE: Thermaltake A90 (my old case but still in perfect shape)

Any advise or help would be appreciated :D

Thank you

Solution
XFX Core or Pro or TS with 550W
Seasonic S12II or S12G or M12II or G with 520-550W
Corsair CX550M (CXm550)
Antec HCG 520W
Super Flower Golden Green HX or Golden King with 550W
...Would be the budget range

I think i might go with a Corsair CX550M but will it be enough to support intensive gaming?

And i just found this PSU list from http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
The CXM are tier four which isnt any good for gaming -.-'

Do you own these parts yet??

While it may work for you, this PSU is low end garbage, do not buy it.

The CX550M is a good choice and will support your system fine. Did you buy the other parts yet?

Yes. I would never build anything based on the FX-8350, its old and outdated, and was just replaced along with that whole socket and everything. There is no upgrade path.

For the same price you could have an i5-7500 and motherboard, and have an upgrade path to an i7 some day if you want, and you would have far better performance out of that i5 in virtually every task, especially gaming.

If you haven't opened those parts and can return them I would suggest it. Then we can put a better build together for you.

The only parts i bought new are my CPU (FX 8350) and GPU GTX 1060 3G.
The other parts like Ram, mobo, case and CPU cooler i'm reusing.

My old CPU and GPU got damaged by my old PSU.
My voltage were going ballistic.
12V were 18,3V
5V were 7,4V
3,3V were 5,2V
-12 V were -16,3V

I friend of mine has the same pc build and he tested my CPU, GPU, Ram and mobo for me.
Only with CPU and GPU i started to hear those beep warnings. With my mobo everything worked.
