Best budget PSU for the PC that I built?

Hello there,
I have recently built a PC but i'm concerned about the PSU. The specs are:
CPU: AMD Fx-8150 3.6Ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon 7870 2GB GDDR5
16GB of RAM
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3

So I have a question, I've been using a Corsair CX750M PSU for a month now, but since I installed it my PC got very loud and I can now hear the so called 'Coil Whine'
Could Anyone recommend a better PSU for my PC? The only limitation is money now, I can't spend more than $100 on it, at the moment. What's really important for me is that the PSU should be quiet and quite powerful because I would like to overclock my CPU one day... and I guess that it'd require more power to run an overclocked CPU.

Its a great PSU at a very good price. Normally its $80-$90.
