The top two are pretty good.
The Corsair CX seiries is better.
I don't know what the current prices are though...

No, I just want a reliable PSU. The pc's specs are i3 3240, 8GB DDR3 1600mhz, RX 460 4GB.

Relatively low quality PSU, not the worst, very, very far from the best. Most Cooler Masters until you get their high-end products are extremely underwhelming. The PSU recommended above or a Corsair CXM 450 (can be found under 50) are much preferable. That's the CX and absolutely not the VS.

Buying a low-quality power supply just to save a few pounds here is penny-wise, pound-foolish; the power supply is the heart of your PC, so saving a few pounds instead of getting something more dependable you can use way down the road is short-sighted.
