Best Budget PSU

Hey, as you can guess Im soon building a gaming pc, and am looking for a decent cheap power supply to go along with a ryzen 5 1500x and a gtx 1060 6gb. I am buying my parts from mindfactory.de and would appretiate some links to good affordable power supplies (under 50e). I was thinking of the corsair vs450, but I heard bad things about the thing. Apart from being rated 80+ bronze and being a modular psu, is it in any way superior to the vs450?

Its a totally different platform with good quality components.

I'd like to emphasize what madmatt has said:

The Corsair CX series is vastly superior to the VS series.
The latter is simply not recommendable, as the quality of the VS PSUs "isn't all too good" 😉
