Best budget recording card

I'm looking for a card that I can record gameplay on while still retaining good fps at 1080p. I'm looking at getting either a 760, 750 ti, or a r9 270. I know they are all in different price ranges, but the less I have to pay the better. I know nvidia has shadowplay, so what do you think would work the best?

I'm not certain, but I think shadow play only works on certain games. Make sure the game you want to play supports it. If it does, then it's a great way to keep performance and record gameplay. Going from there, if it isn't supported, the r9 270 is probably better price/performance ratio.

If it does support it, then you have to choose between 750ti (lower cost & performance) or 760 (higher cost & performance). The choice depends on the games you are playing and the settings you want to achieve.

I'd grab the 760, its a better card than the R9 270 by a fair margin and it comes with shadowplay. (Never used but heard good things)
