I have allocated $80 for a video card....what would the best choice be....thinking about the ABIT Siluro FX5200 DT 128MB DDR TV/DVI RETAIL for $77 from Newegg....any better choices? Thanks.

Just make sure it's not a 5200 that's gibbled with a crappy 64 bit memory interface. All 5200's are supposed to be 128 bit, but some manufacturers have cut costs on the memory interface and it'll make it run like a Geforce2 MX.

If you can afford it, spend an extra couple bucks and go for a Geforce4 Ti4200 or radeon 9500 non-pro. It's worth it.

Yeah, it's definitely worth the dough if you can afford the GeForce 4Ti 4200. It will give you double the performance of the FX 5200 non-ultra.

Get a 64 MB GF4 Ti4200, it's way better than FX5200 non-ultra
