Best Build For £600-£700

Hello guys, first time posting here so please take it easy on me. Anyway, i'm looking to build a new computer primarily for gaming, i want to be able to play games like Fallout 4 and BattleFront on max settings (wishful thinking i know but i can dream right?) and currently my computer is utter rubbish. So i'm looking to build a new one from scratch furthermore, this will be the first time i have built a computer and is the reason i'm looking for help as obviously i have no idea what the best parts are, which parts correspond together and how to get the most out of my money, which i can maybe push to £800. I'm really in the dark here so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for anyone willing to take their time and help me on this one.

+1 Hades build but with windows 8.1 - the z3 plus is the best budget case on the UK market IMO.

The amazon link for the antec hcg 620 comes up as a vp450 listing but with 620m pictures & specs.
Buyers are confirming they're receiving the 620m though which for £38.99 is a ******* steal - I may chance a couple of these myself.

I heard that Windows 10 is pretty glitchy right now though.
