So as of right now I have budget of $700-$800 (This isn't including OS or Mail-in rebates) for a Gaming PC I'm planning on building soon. I'm wanting to be able to play CS:GO, LoL, BF4, GTA, CoD:AW, etc... At max too medium settings at 1920 x 1080p (with the minimum of 60fps). I'm also wanting to have the option to be able to stream games like CS:GO and LoL every so often and I'd prefer to have an i5 as my CPU if you can fit it into the budget. Thanks in advanced! :)

Since you will be streaming sometimes I recommend that you have a Hyper-Threading equipped CPU.

Thanks! The Xeon totally blew over my head when I was looking at parts.

That happens to a lot of people!

Everyone always thinks i5 or i7? They always forget that there is the Xeon which is an amazing buy if you will make use of the hyperthreading technology.

I also thought the Xeon costed as much as the i7, didn't realize they also made the "E3" version.

Yeah it all depends on the Xeon that you get.
