Best build for gaming and other stuff?

So I plan on building my first PC soon with the intentions of playing games AND doing other things (such as animating, editing, programming, and I want to get back into streaming too). But I don't really know...what parts to choose? I really don't want the price to go past $800, less would also be great.
I don't plan on overclocking my PC, since it makes me anxious and I really want this PC to last a long while (I do want to upgrade it as time goes on). I'll be playing games like Overwatch, GTA, LoL, and any other fps games I come across. I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I would like if I could play any game on high or even ultra settings with an average of 70 fps or higher if that's possible (without overclocking). Any recommendations for a PC build fitting my needs would be greatly appreciated!

I would recommend this if you can make this budget. If not, we can lower the GPU TO a 1050ti
