Hi guys,i would like to know which build is better for gaming, adn for next gen.The first one,Intel based, features the i5 4690k with the R9 280X vapor-x.The othre option is FX-6300 with GIGABYTE G1 970 Gaming. Both builds will be paired with 8 Gb of ram,and the mobos will be from asus. The intel one is a bit more expensive because the gpu needs more power.

Solution
The CPU and GPU should be matched to their respective workloads to achieve your performance and visual quality goals.

An i5-4XXX + R9 280 is better suited to maintaining consistently high frame rate in compute intensive games with good visual quality, like 60FPS at 1080P with high visual quality settings.

An FX-6300 + GTX970 is better suited to running at lower FPS, with premium visual quality settings, like 30FPS at 1440P with Ultra visual quality settings.
I'd go with the i5 build as the FX 6300 is closer to an i3 and you're likely to want to upgrade your GPU before the CPU needs replacing with the i5. Other advantages of the i5 include lower power consumption and a much more up-to-date platform.

Go with a locked it, like the 4460, and use the savings towards a better GPU. Looking at the prices, you can get a GTX 970, for the cost of an R9 280x vapor-x. Not sure where you are shopping, but I would not get that card at the prices I am seeing.
