Best build for GPU render

Hey! I am tottaly new in the field of PC building. I would like to build a PC for 3d GPU rendering with Octane or Keyshot. I think i would go for 2 or 3 cards but not once. First i change my old laptop to a PC so i need everything, however i am not sure which CPU should i go if i want to use only GPU for rendering, but i use other programs that maybe need some good CPU.

Softwares that i use: , Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Nuke, Archicad

my starting budget is around 1000$ and later i would add more GPU's if it is worth it.

hmm seems nice, thanks for your suggestion. However i am not sure, wouldn't that xeon CPU too slow for some programs that i would like to use? And may i ask you why did you suggest the quadro card? Honestly i tought i would get the standard gtx1080 suggestion.

those programs can user a lot of more cores to do task, even if the single core inst that fast it have 16 threads.
and about the quadro gpu, they are optimized for render task and can do this job better comparing with a GTX 1080/1070 or any other "consumer grade GPU".
