I updated with an excellent ASUS motherboard. The I5-4670K is an excellent processor for gaming, none beat it. The video card is only a few percent slower than the $1000 Titan. So unless you are using triple monitors, the GTX 780 is it.

This is a top performing rig. Note I just have a 500GB SSD. This is enough storage for gaming and you will always have plenty of fast storage. If you plan on needing more storage for movies etc. go the ususal 1TB HDD & 250GB Samsung 840.

You have about the best air cooler there is, plus an excellent quality power supply. If you plan on going SLI in the future, increase it to 850W.

16G memory will help with the reliability of your SSD. And you can make a ram disk and use if for internet cache.

Windows 8, once the 8.1 service pack is out will be your best bet. Faster, more immune to viruses, longer life.
