Best build withing $5k?

I have a Sentey Optimus PC gaming case. I have recently been looking at parts and decided to change up my build with the best parts, i want to see what would be the recommendations. Help is appreciated, go crazy. I PREFER to stay under $5k but will go over DEPENDING on final price.

4 requirements:
-2TB Mem Space
-4k 60fps Res
-Liquid Cooling
-32GB Ram MINIMUM
-Cheapest parts that meet those requirements.

This is silent, and the absolute best money can buy atm.
If you can, wait for 4k 144hz HDR Quantum dot monitors to launch in a month or two, they'll run for $2000.

I'd wait for benchmarks and overclocking results on AMD Threadripper before committing to a build. X299 isn't that great of a chipset. As only the 10 Core model supports 44 PCIe lanes the lower models are 28 and 16 lanes. The 10 core isn't great for games or overclocking due to VRM issues. While all AMD Threadripper models will support 64 PCIe lanes. I couldn't picture a build this high end only using the Intel X270 or AMD x370 chipsets nor an older X99 series board. Threadripper is due out soon.

Also why put such an expensive build in such a cheap case? There are cases which offer more room and better options for mounting liquid cooling.

When you mention 4K. Did you mean you want the build to include a 4K monitor or that it is capable of 4K gaming?

1- The reason i chose that case because i already have it.

2- I want a system that will run smoothly at 4k 60fps Res with a 4K Gsync Monitor.

I just want to find the perfect system for me while spending as less as possible.

Quick question, 1700, 1700x or 1800x?

1700, can easily be OC'd to 1800X levels, only diff is clock speed really.

Hear about the New AMD Threadripper? Should i start a new build, it should still be within my budget.

Just hope theres a bracket for the current cooler.

EDIT: I hear the Threadripper is more the business end of the spectrum then Gaming, and the only time i'll need 16C's is when i edit vids when i do YT. NvM on the Threadripper.

Though i do want to MAX out the ram the MB will accept, as i said before, i want BEST performance and i will be doing vid stuff.

EDIT 2: I decided to say f*** it and go with 2 screens, because why not?

Either way, i have a s*** ton of $$$ to save because with everything else, this is getting expensive VERY quickly.
