Best buy GPU for around £150

hi, i want to buy a new GPU for around £150, whats the best deal out there?
this is my specs at the moment for my pc:

AMD Athlon II X4 640 (Quad 3.0ghz)
My Motherboard: www.puu.sh/1CHOH
4GB RAM
AMD HD 6570 (my current GPU)
300W PSU (i know i'll need a new one)

i'm not too sure how good my motherboard is? but i think it will handle a new GPU for around £150

Thats wierd its discontinued -.-' we still got tons of them in the local shop

i did have my eye on this card, i know my system quite well apart from my motherboard, it came with the CPU as a package, i'm guessing its a basic one but would it handle these types of GPU's?
